RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Why we have this policy

Our rugs are made-to-order and sourced specifically per purchase. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell returned items, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mistymakesrugs@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost
  • A store credit for the value of the affected item

We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us at mistymakesrugs@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
