Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 9–18 business days after processing, though delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. International orders outside the US may take longer depending on customs processing and local carriers.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package has been stuck or not moving for an extended period, please contact us at mistymakesrugs@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at mistymakesrugs@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
